Prices:The prices listed may have typographical errors and prices are subject to change without notice. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock. Due to the fluctuation in prices on some of the items carried, Camel Traders will not be held to published prices. We will work, however to honor the listed prices when possible.
Cancellation and Refunds and Returns:Customer may cancel or change their order at any time before shipping. After shipping, the customer will pay for any postage and freight charges for the return. If an item is a special order, there will be a 25% re-stocking charge as well as any postage and freight charges. If Camel Traders has shipped a product incorrectly, then we will take full responsibility for costs of the return. We will give a full refund for any order canceled before shipping and processing.
Warranty:Camel Traders gives no warranty, expressed or implied. All warranties are with the manufacturer. Camel Traders will not be responsible for customers use or misuse of any products purchased. In other words - if you don't know how to use it, don't buy it. This is professional gear for the professionals. Merchandise may be returned within 5 business days of receipt without restocking charge, if the original manufacturer’s carton is unopened and undamaged. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for credit against future purchases. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, gel, lamps or custom cut cable. Customer is responsible for contacting Camel Traders within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to claim any damage, error, or problems. Rest assured, at the end of the day Camel Traders will work to make sure the customer is satisfied. International Orders: We are more than happy to accomodate our International friends. Due to the increase in credit card fraud the only form of payment for any International orders will have to be in the form of a wire transfer or pre-payment with certified U.S. funds. We are sorry if this causes an inconvienance for you but this protects both the customer and the seller from fraud and theft.
